Grandemar is a founder member of Professional Association of Mineral Aggregates Producers. This association was created in 2004 and it is a member of U.E.P.G. "Union Européenne des Producteurs de Granulats" (European Aggregates Association) with the office in Brussels. The purpose of the association is to promote amongst the producers in Romania the experience and studies of the same companies in the European Union. GRANDEMAR CLUJ owns Certificates of Conformity and Certificates for Controlling the Plant Production issued by the certification entity, Qualitas. According to this entity the products obtained in its quarries fulfil all the provisions described in the technical specifications.
By Certificate No. 856/2010, the National Agency for Mineral Resources Bucharest certifies that GRANDEMAR CLUJ has the technical and professional competence to execute the following works:
- drawing-up geotechnical and economical documentations for mineral resources - useful rocks
- geological research
- implementing, managing and coordinating the activity related to exploiting mineral resources – useful rocks.

By Certificate SMC Series No. 064 the entity certifying the quality systems, OCSM – AFER, certifies that GRANDEMAR CLUJ has implemented and maintains a quality management system according to requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2008 for the following areas: Extraction of decorative and building stone, extraction of calcareous stone, gypsum, chalk and slate (building stone – crushing sand and chippings) – B 0811.
By Certificate SMM Series No. 088 the entity certifying the quality systems, OCSM – AFER, certifies that GRANDEMAR CLUJ has implemented and maintains an environmental management system according to requirements of SR EN ISO 14001:2005 for the following areas: Extraction of decorative and building stone, extraction of calcareous stone, gypsum, chalk and slate (building stone – crushing sand and chippings) – B 0811.
By Certificate SSO Series No. 064 the entity certifying the quality systems, OCSM – AFER, certifies that GRANDEMAR CLUJ has implemented and maintains a safety and health at work management system according to requirements of SR OHSAS 18001:2008 document for the following areas: Extraction of decorative and building stone, extraction of calcareous stone, gypsum, chalk and slate (building stone – crushing sand and chippings) – B 0811.
GRANDEMAR CLUJ owns CERTIFICATES for FACTORY PRODUCT CONTROL issued by the certification entity, QUALITAS S.A., attesting every product obtained in its quarries fulfil all the provisions described in the technical specifications.
Reports
All the existing crushing-sorting installations in the quarries of GRANDEMAR CLUJ have Inspection Reports issued by the examination entity, ICECON INSPECT Bucharest.
